MAN DIES OF INJUKIES.

AUCKLAND, This Day. Thomas Nizich, aged 34, a Dalmatian, who was arrested in connection with a brawl in a Dalmatian boarding-house yesterday atfernoon, came before Mr. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court this morning, and was charged with unlawfully " assaulting Arthur Ludwig, who died as a result of injuries, thereby committing the crime of manslaughter. The Magistrate granted bail at £2OOO, JSIOOO in accused's own recogr nisance and two other sureties of £SOO. Bail was forthcoming.
