HUNTING
MEET AT "BARDOWIE."
LARGE FIELD OUT.
. The Waikato Hunt met at "Bardowie" (Mr. Jas. Taylor's) on Saturday, when an excellent day's sport was enjoyed. There was a large field out, with a number of fresh faces among the riders. The field also included a good sprinkling of lady riders. During the afternoon the hounds took the field all over the "Bardowie" country. Four good runs were experienced, and two kills were registered. The conditions were good at the. outset, but later-the scent failed. .<• ;
At the close of the afternoon the field were entertained to afternoon tea by Mr. and Mrs. C. Meredith.
