M .Wilford, Minister of Defence and Minister in Charge of Police. Mr W. A. Veitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Mines. Mr W. B. Traverncr, Minister of Railways and Minister in Charge of the Advertising and Publicity Departments Sir Apirana Ngata, Minister of Native Affairs, Minister for the Cook Islands and member of the Executive Council representing the Native Race.
