FURTHER TRIALS FORBIDDEN!, £ : Australian Press Assn—United Service BERLIN, August 5. „ The fourth test of.tjw car was carried out secrcth" in &**' early morning on a section of line lent by the Hanover railway authorities. The car, which was equipped with 29 rockets, dashed along the rails and blew up with deafening report. It was totally destroyed. The authorities have forbidden farther experiments. A second car, equipped with 30 roc* kets, was not allowed to start. AWFUL TRAGEDY. MOTHER'S CRIME. POISONS HER TWO DAUGHTERS. Australian Press Assn—United Service VANCOUVER, Aug. 4. An amazing tragedy occurred at the office of the News Tribute at Waco (Texas). Mrs Robert Ashworth, wife of the cashier of the newspaper, appeared and without uttering a word fired twoshots at her husband's secretary, Miss* Charlotte Lowson, killing her instant- " Mrs Ashworth then drank poison ana administered doses to her two young , daughters, who were with her. The three died before they reached the hospital.
