The Main -Trunk express, which left Taumaruhui for south at 12.35 this morning, ran into a cow near Pirialta. The impact caused the two front bogey wheels to skid off the line. There was a delay of twenty-five minutes while the wheels were righted. The train suffered no other damage and the passengers wero uninjured. A NARROW ESCAPE. BULLET SMASHES WINDOW.
