ANNUAL MEETING. A SUCCESSFUL YEAR. j The annual meeting of Parishioners UA-a'Andrew’s Church was held in the .fairish Hall last evening, when the' 1 /"Vicar (Rev. C. Stipends, pension and sick fund; total £717. A sum of £6l 15/ Jias been sjent on reijairk and renewals. On the 'Credit side the Cambridge collections tvr-d subscriptions total, £627, and from ’the country districts £216 has been •paid in. The profit of the rose shop' was increased by £22, and amounted to £276, of which £sl went to rates and insurance of property and the balance £221 to new Parish Hall fund; which now amounts to £lO3l. In the other special funds £BO has been sent to the Melanesian Mission; £l9 to the Maori Mission, £l4 to the & Mary’s Homes' £5-to the Jerusalem Mission, £5 to the Good Shepherd Mission, and £57. to the central fund of*the Diocese, making a total of £lB2 foiv outside appeals. A New Hall. . a .. ' . , The meeting decided to call special meeting of Parishioners during May to discuss the plans and proposals for the “building of part of the new Jiall. The following notices of motion wefe given: (1) That the amount of money to be borrowed be limited to £2OOO. (2) That the portion facing the Hamilton road bo built as soon as possible.
