The 'bodies of Patrick Wolff, and awoman supposed to be Amy Turner, were found lying together with bullet wounds in the heads. Apparently the woman was first killed and then Wolff committed suicide. It is announced in shipping circles that from 7 on Saturday morning till Monday morning no work will bo done by members of the Waterside Workers 7 Federation on any wharf in Australia, and stop-work meeting will be held in every port. It is announced that the quarterlyadjustment in wages, owing to the reduction in the cost of living, has resulted in a reduction of 2/6 monthly in wages to all maritime unions, and a fall of a half-penny per hour to 2/9i f r waterside workers.
