DOGS.
(To the Editor). Sir, —Lately the streets of Cambridge seem to be swarmed by stray dogs, of every description, most of which appear very much neglected, haV' ing no collar to indicate ownership. Their presence and movements in the streets are not only a menace to their own safety but that of the motorist, cyclist and pedestrian. In fact they are an absolute nuisance. Cannot the powers that be take some steps to abate the nuisance? What about the local active members of the S.P.C.A. taking the business in hand?—l am, etc., "DOG FANCIER." Cambridge, Oct. 28, 1924.
