TALK OF A TRUCE FRANCE READY TO LISTEN PARIS, June 14. The Temps, in an editorial which is regarded as officially inspired, says that there is talk in both Berlin and London of a truce in the Ruhr. France will readily listen to such a proposal. If Germany ceases passive resistance, France is ready to return to the original intention of establishing civil administration, with only sufficient military .to ensure the safety of the mission.
