TALK OF A TRUCE FRANCE READY TO LISTEN PARIS, June 14. The Temps, in an editorial which is regarded as officially inspired, says that there is talk in both Berlin and London of a truce in the Ruhr. France will readily listen to such a proposal. If Germany ceases passive resistance, France is ready to return to the original intention of establishing civil administration, with only sufficient military .to ensure the safety of the mission. It was only passive resistance which made Franc* go beyond this.
