PUKEKURA RATING
A REDUCED RATE ARRANGEMENT WITH LEAMINGTON The rate over the Pukeltura riding, as fixed by the Waipa County Council at its special meeting last week, was IJd, not I-}d, as reported in our last issue, the error being due to an indistinct typed figure. Thus the Pukekura ratepayers will pay 7-32nds of a penny less rate than they did last year, which is most satisfactory. The matter of rate in the Learnington Town District is subject to an arrangement yet to be made between the representatives of the County Council and the Town Board.
