CLUB COMPETITIONS. Following are the results of play on Wednesday last: — Low, Davys and Thorpe (s) 26 v. Clark, Cooper and T. McLarnon (s) 15. Hart, Simpson and R. Webber (s) 18 v. E. McLarnon, G. Harris and Fisher (s) IS. E. C. Wallis and E. Harris (s) 17 v. Cox and Armstrong (s) 14. The final of the president’s pairs match played on Tuesday resulted: — Lange and Mclvor (s) 23 v. Black and Speight (s) 21. The local Bowling Club intends closing the season by holding a pairs tournament on .Saturday, June 3rd, when all players arc asked to turn up for the last game of the season.
