The following members were elected: Messrs Kirkby (chairman), C. E. Hicks, J. T. Hicks, F. Strawbridge, and W. J. I. Fisher. At a meeting held subsequently the balance sheet proved that there was a credit balance in hand of about £7O, The new committee intend to spend a portion of this amount in school necessaries and improving the school grounds. MATANGI. The following members were elected: Messrs W. J. Trubshaw (chairman), W. Lee Martin (secretary), J. T. Bryant, W. Cranston, T. Shaw. CAMBRIDGE 'WEST. The following members were elected: Messrs A. E. Jarrett (chairman), C. Shaw (secretary and treatrurer), A. Thornley, 3. Blackwood, 3. Keeley, junr.
