THE FORTHCOMING SHOW. ) STEWARDS APPOINTED. A meeting of the executive committee of the above association was held in the Farmers’ Clubvoom at Cambridge on Saturday. There was a good attendance, the president, Mr James Taylor, being in the chair. Judges for the various classes were nominated, the whole of those for the light and horses coming from tfie South Island. The following were appointed stewards :-r-Horses; Thoroughbreds, hacks and hunters, Messrs Wynn Brown, J. W. Fisher. A. Allen and N. Peake ; carriage and harness horses and ponies,' Messrs A. N. Both Nos. 1 and 2 refreshment booths went to Mr Burns-Sraitb, at £l2 and £8 respectively. Ten new members were elected, and the meeting terminated.
