PLEASANT SUNDAY AFTERNOONS. As will be seen by the advertisement in today’s issue, the Board of Management of the Cambridge Y.M.C.A. will hold the first of a series of P.S.A. services at their rooms tomorrow, at 4 P.m. This was definitely decided upon at a recent meeting and every effort will be made to make these short services as attractive and useful as possible. The intention is to give wnat the initial letters .stand for—a pleasant Sunday afternoon. An hour will be occupied in bright singing, short talks, readings, vocal items, sacred eo gs. giving’ young men and their friends something to do and something to think aoout. The pro* gramme for tha meeting gives no time for vyeanness, as every minute will be required to get through the many pleasing' items set down.' We notice amongst the heads of subjects, “The Young Man and his Recreations,” “A Great Deed by a Brave Man,” and “Jottings of a Visit to the Near East, ’ arid the life story of the proprietor of the Dragon at Burton-ou-Trent will be told. Tomorrow afternoon members and their friends, in fact all present, are invited.by the President to tea at the rooms, and it is desired by many that the Strangers’ Tea should be resumed for the winter months. This will be discussed on Sunday, and it is hoped that in this way many friendships will be formed, which will ripen into lifelong esteem and worth.' The Board wish it to be widely known that visitors and strangers are alwayswelcome.
