MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
CAMBRIDGE—FRIDAY. (Before H. W. Norbhcroft, Esq., S.M.) CIVIL CASES. McYeagh and Byrne v. Chas Mitchell. Mr S. Lewis (instructed by Mr Backland) for plaintiff. Judgment by default for £1 and costs ss. Robert Carruth v. W. J. Holt, claim £l3 5s sd. Judgment for plaintiff for £9 18s sd, costs £2O 9s 9d. A counterclaim, W. J. Holt v. R. Carruth, £SO 6s •sd, was non-suited, with costs allowed in above case, both having been taken together. This case has been before the Court on several occasions. Mr E. H. Northcroft (instructed by Mr Gillies) received judgment for plaintiff. The Court then adjourned.
