SEMLIN RE-CAPTURED
TO BE USED AS SERVIAN BASE. ' Received 9.5 a.m., Ist. Petrograd, September 30. The Servians have re-captured Semlin, and secured their position. They will use the town as the base for their eventual offensive action.
