THE BEDOUINS ROUTED. Received 5.5 p.m., 22nd. Home, June 21. On the arrival of Italian reinforcements showing a resolve to terminate the Bedouin resistance in Cyrenaica, Aziz Bey retired with the Turkish regulars towards the Egyptian frontier. A fight ensued between the Turks and Berbers, the latter’s casualties being 300.

The Italians had a sharp fight at Ettangi, where they lost 19 killed and 222 wounded. The Bedouins were routed.
