Severe Weather in Germany
TRAFFIC IMPEDED. Berlin, February 3. Through a blizzard the traffic in Eastern Germany and Berlin has been impeded. Snow and gales overturned a train in Saxony, and one carriage was burned, but no one was killed. The cruiser Augsburg was driven ashore near Sonderberg, but was refloated.
