The Trotter Murder

AN ARREST MADE. Melbourne, January 14. Of the two implicated in the Trotter murder one was of email physique, and did not speak during the tragedy. The detectives are working on the theory that the smaller was a woman, who was well acquainted with the Trotters, and their movements, and did not speak for fear of her voice betraying her. A labourer named Harold Tdompson has been arrested, and formally charged with the murder of Trotter. The police, who have been shadowing him for day surrounded his house. Thompson denies the charge.
