RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL

The council met to transact final business on Tuesday afternoon, the morning having been devoted to an inspection of the Kauroa deviation. Cr. Ralfe moved that the Kauroa road from Sweetman’a Corner to 'three Streams bo made the main road in place of tho present mad from Sweetman’s Corner to Three Streams via Okete. The chairman pointed out that before this motion could bo put Cr. Ralfe must move the motion of which he had given notice- that all resolutions standing on the minute hook in reference to tho VVaipa road he rescinded. This was seconded by Cr. Coburn, but a show of hands oeing taken the motion was lost
