CHINESE FOR AUSTRALIA. Me'bourne, February 23. Mr Levicn, Victorian Commercial Agent in the East, states that a large syndicate exists in the East for the purpose of transporting Chinese to Australia, landing them in some of the uninhabited hays on the northern part of the Continent for transference to other parts of the Commonwealth.
