(BY TELEGRAPH—PEF.SS ASSOCIATION.) Christchurch, This Day. At the Magistrate's Court, yesterday, the officer in charge of the Salvation Army, was Sued one shilling, without costs, for having allowed the army barracks, which are not licensed, to be used for a public performance.
