Belgrade, June 26. King Peter, after reviewing the army, confirmed the Cabinet in their positions, He has issued a proclamation announcing that be will rule constitutionally, and promote the happiness and welfare of the peop e. The proclamation adds that he would leave history to judge of the past, and that he recognised the services and devotion of the army.
