THE DREYFUS CASE.
[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (BY ELECTBIC TELEGRAPH—COPYBIGHT|. London, September 16. The Paris correspondent of the Times states that Dreyfus has withdrawn his notice ot appeal, and that ho will shortly be pardoned. Tie intends to settle in the South of France, and reserves the right to ask the Court of Cassation to intervene if any new facfcfe come to light. Many officers in the provinces favour his release.
