WAITETUNA.
Ball.—The annual return or complimentary ball to the Manager and employees of the Te Akau station will be held in the Public Hall, Raglan, on Friday next, 15th inst- The committee are sparing no pains to make the ball a success. Mr J. Buchanan, the wellknown coufectioner of Auckland is to cater. About 150 invitations have been issued so all that remains to make the function a success is fine weather. Bosh-felling. The bush - felling Beason is drawing to a close, most of the contracts being finished, while the few on hand are expected to be out in a week or so. Electoral.—Tho electoral roll for Waikato will be printed shortly, therefore all over the ago of 21 years who are not on the roll, should send iu their claim for enrollment at once to Mr Thos. Kirk, registar of electors, Hamilton, the necessary forms for which may be obtained from any Postmaster.
