THE WELSH STRIKERS.

Delegates from the miners on strike in South Wales have asked Mr Ritchie to intervene between them and the employers, and he promised to appoint a Conciliation Board. London, June 30. Mr Ritchie has asked Justice Vaughan "Williams to act as conciliator in connection with the strike of South Wales' miners. The employers are reluctant to recognise such an appointment.
