MASTERTON HARRIERS.
ENJOYABLE TRAINING BUN. FORTHCOMING' JUBILEE. The Masterton Harrier Club held a friendly run of 5 miles over the golf links on Saturday. A good pace w». set, and members enjoyed excellent training in different types of country. The method of having two packs, allowing for the fast and slow men to run at their ease met with general approval. The arrangements for the forthcoming Jubilee on May 15, are progressing very favourably. As far as can be judged at present, at least 100 visiting harriers will be present to participate in the events and a large number of the old members of the club have signified their intention of being present to meet old acquaintances and to takepart in the events.
