At the Leichhardt Stadinm George Walker 15st. 21bs. wrestled a draw with the Indian, Jagat Singh, 15st. 9 lbs., both gaining a fal\ The third round was responsible for a scientific display, the Indian obtaining the first fall with a forward slam and body press. The Indian nearly scored again ii» the fourth round with his famous deathlock. Walker equalised early in the fifth round when he pinned the Indian with a body press from a flying mare.
