APPOINTMENT OF JUNIOR MINISTERS. RUGBY, July 30. The King has approved a number of junior Ministerial appointments which will take effect on September 1. Mr. H. Ramsbotham, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture, will be Minister of Pensions, but will continue to assist the Minister of Agriculture in the House of Commons. The Earl of Plymouth, Under-Sec-retary for Colonies, takes the place of Lord Stanhope, who recently became First Commissioner of Works, as Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs. The Earl of Feversham will be Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture. Mr. Geoffrey Shakespeare, Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Health, will become Parliamentary Secretary of the Board of Education. Mr. R. S. Hudson, who has been Minister of Pensions and was formerly Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour, becomes Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health. Earl de la Warr, at Present Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education, will be Under-Secretary for Colonies.
