CLASH IN PALESTINE.
CONSTABLE AND 20 ARABS Kll ,T .T, I BRITISH PATROL ATTACKED BY SNIPERS. JERUSALEM, July 28. A British constable and "twenty Arabs were killed in a clash on the hills at Nablus. The action, which was the biggest since the rioting began, broke out when snipers fired on a military patrol. Three Arabs were killed with Lewis guns, but the patrol was outnumbered and reinforcements were summoned. The Arabs resisted desperately. Aeroplanes machine-gunned the Arabs, and it is believed that many were wounded.
