JAPANESE IN SOUTHERN PACIFIC. TOURISTS GREATLY IMPRESSED. SYDNEY, July 28. Tourists who returned to Sydney by ithe Wahganella after an Islands cruise said that they saw many evidences rof the penetration of the Japanese into the southern Pacific, and that the French people were deeply concerned with the steady infiltration of Japanese into New^Caledonia.
