With the text of the Montreux Convention, published as a White Paper, there appears correspondence from the Turkish Foreign Minister, Dr. Rustu Aras, assuring the British delegate, Lord Stanley, that Turkey will continue to give all facilities for the upkeep and supervision of, and visits te, the Dardanelles war graves.
