MASTERTON CLUB GAMES. DRAW FOR SATURDAY. The following is the draw for th® second and third rounds of the Captain’s trophy to lie played in conjunction with a bogey competition on the Lansdowne links on Saturday by members of the Masterton Golf Senior: Frost v. Dunderdale;: W. V. Brown v. Blundell; Robieson v. Tatham; J. Donald v. R. Page; StoWell V. J. P. Stewart; Card v. Duncan; Budd v. H. H. Daniell; Burridge v. Gray; B. B. Cameron v. Mackie; Plummer v. Clulee; Broad v. H. B. Maunsell; Boys V. W. J. Hodges; G. R. Booth v. Hodder; Prior v. James; Hornabrook v. H. F. Coom; Langbein v. Campbell Heard; Jenkins v. Skjellerup.. Junior: H. H. Pavitt v. Reid; G. W. Sellar v. Fagan; Hawkesworth v. Norman; Rutherford v. Hume; A. Donald v. Beetham; J. Ninnes v. Wardell; H. Robinsbn v. Van Praagh. Other members are asked to play their president’s challenge matches or arrange their own partners for a bogey competition. TINUI CLUB. OPEN - TOURNAMENT THIS WEEK-END. An open tournament will be held this week-end and on the King’s Birthday (June 23)' by the Tinui Golf Club. An open championship, three handicap events and also bogey and medal competitions will be held. Entries will close to-day (Thursday) with the secretary ’phone 505 D. The entry fee is 3s 6d. On Monday night, Jane 22, the club wilrhold its annual dance in the Tinui Hall. Mbsic will be supplied by MaeKay’s Novelty Syncopaters’ Orchestra and there will be a buffet supper. Admission charges will be double, 58; Single 3s 6d and 2s 6(1. Indications point to- the dance. proving most successful.
