NIGHT TROTTING.
' FAVOURED BY MINISTER IN N.S.W. CONSIDERATION BY CABINET PROMISED. (Received Friday, 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 29. The Chief Secretary, Mr. Chaffey, informed the New South Wales Trotting dub that its request for an amendment of the law to provide for night trotting with betting “had merit and was worthy of consideration.” He promised to place the matter in a favourable light before Cabinet.
