INCREASE IN FAVOURABLE;
BALANCE.
(Received Friday, 10.5 p.m.) CANBERRA, May 29. Australia’s favourable overseas trade balance for the ten months ended in April was £28,432,000, compared with £17,871,000 for the corresponding period last year. Commodity exports to the end of April were £107,191,000 and imports £87,891,000. Wool exports rose by £15,000,000 to £48,233,000.
