SUPREME COURT.
SESSION AT NEW PLYMOUTH. NEW PLYMOUTH, May 25. The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court opened this morning before Mr. Justice Smith. The only .criminal case for trial is that against Edwin Edwards, a single man, aged 58, charged with indecently assaulting a boy aged 14 years. A true bill was returned. Edwards was found guilty and remanded for sentence. The jury was out almost four hours.—(P.A.)
