SECOND DAY OF WAIKATO MEETING. A WIN FOR MODERN MAID. HAMILTON, May 25. The second day of the Waikato Racing Club’s meeting was held to-day in fine weather. The track was in excellent order and there was a large attendance. The totalisator handled £19,918 10s, as compared with £13,094 last year; the total for the meeting being £46,328 10s, an increase of £17,783 10s over last year.
