MAHUNGA CLUB GAMES. DRAW FOR THURSDAY. The following is the draw for a medal competition to be played on Thursday by lady members of the Maliunga. Golf Club:—Mrs B. Roache v. Mrs Nicol, Miss K. The following were the best cards handed in for a bogey competition played on Saturday:— Ladies: Miss N. Boddington, 9 down; Mrs Lambert Roach, 10 down; Miss V. Hubbard, 12 down; Miss E. Ralph, 12 down; Mrs Riddell, 13 down. Men: W. Ball, V. Greer, 1 down; J. C. Bell, C. Faulknor, 2 down; D. Hunn, 3 down; W. Hendry, D. Riddell, B. P. Colvin, R. Faulknor, N. Parker, 4 down. Among the visitors who played during the week-end were Rana Wagg, examateur N.Z. champion, and J. C. McIntosh, the latter breaking the existing course record and setting a new figure of 67 for the 18 holes, taking 36 for the outward journey and returning in 31. CARTERTON CLUB. RESULTS OF SATURDAY'S PLAY. The following are the results of an L.G.U. medal round played at the Taratahi links on Saturday by lady members of the Carterton Golf Club:—Silver medal: Mrs Steel 91, 7, 84; Mrs B. Booth 101, 16, 85; Miss Berrill 99, 14, 85. Bronze Medal: Mrs Candy 98, 21, 77; Miss M. Campbell 99, 19, 80: Miss N. Renall 108, 24, 84.
