WAXRABAPA V. WELLINGTON. ' MATCH AT KARORL The Wairarapa v.. Wellington Hockey match will be played on Karorl P’ark on Saturday. The Wairarapa team will travel by car. Mr. J. Kennedy (.Stags) has been selected as roserve forward and D. Irwin (Carterton) as reserve back. Mr. C. M. Cole will be manager of the Wairarapa team and Mr. D. Burgess will accompany the team as referee. As selected tlio Wairarapa team is a very strong (side and is expected to fully extend tho Wellington team. FIXTURES FOB SATURDAY. Following are the hockey fixtures and referees for Saturday:—Men’s games: Wairarapa v. Wellington, at Wellington, Mr. D. Burgess. W.FIC.A. Ltd. v. Thos. Borthwick and Sons, at Lansdowne, No. 2, at 2.45 p.m., Messrs J. Bock and R. S. Moor. Senior Ladies: Wairarapa A v. Bush A, at Eketahuna at 3 p.m., Mr. A. Stubbings; Wairarapa B v. Bush B, at Eketahuna, at 1.30 p.m., Mr. A. Stubbings. Junior Ladies: Morris Cup, challenge match—Gladstone v. Huesher, at Gladstone at 2.45 p.m., Mr, G. Hayne; Junior representatives v. Masterton seniors, at Lansdowne, No. 2 at 1.45 p.m., Mr. W. Harding. Thirds: Old Girls v. Excelsior at Lansdowne, No. 3 at 1.30 p.m., Mr. McKinstry.
