ALL BLACKS EULOGISED.
BEHAVIOUR ON AND OFF THE FIELD. WONDERFUL SPORTSMEN. (Received Tuesday, 8.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 21. Mr. W. S. Hamilton, in the “Sun,” says: “If the AH Blacks fail to take the Bledisloe Cup hack with them to New Zealand next Saturday they will return at least with the reputation of wonderful sportsmen. They are mannerly and well behaved off the field and gentlemen on it. For local footballers it has been a pleasure to play against them and the absolute fairness of their play has been favourably commented on by the New South Wales representatives. ’ ’
Hadley’s .sprained hand is still causing concern. It is doubtful whether he will be fit by Saturday.
