LOCKED IN STORE.

SYDNEY WOMAN’S TRAGIC DEATH. BODY FOUND IN BASEMENT. (Received Monday, 10 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 20. Mrs. IStella Harrison, 35, wife of the manager of a city hotel, met a tragic death at the week-end, (being accidentally locked in Anthony Hordern’s department store on Saturday, after buying a hat. Her body was found to-day in the basement. Her skull and neck were fractured. Mrs. Harrison had apparently fallep down a staircase in the darkness in trying to find a method of attracting attention. There were mapy evidences of her. frantic though futile efforts to prize open the fireproof doors of the huge building, in which event she would have caused the fire alarm to ring. She also threw a small step ladder through a window without avail. Her husband, .to whom she was married only last year, reported her missing on Saturday afternoon.
