RIVAL TO GANDHI.
NATIONALIST PARTY LAUNCHES PROGRAMME.'. (Received This Day, 0.2 a.in.) CALCUTTA, August 20. . The Nationalist Party, which is rival to Gandhi’s Swarajist Party, definitely launched a programme to-day, headed by Pandit Malaviya, as president, with Sir P. C. Ray, as vice-presi-dent of the party. The main plank of its platform is an agitation against the communal award and White Paper.
