VESTEY MEMORIAL.
CENTRAL TOWER OF LIVERPOOL CATHEDRAL. LONDON, March .13. In memory of their father, a business man of Liverpool, where they also started their business, Lord Vestey and Sir Edmund Vestey have contributed £22,000 to enable the erection of a central tower, of a height of 327 feet, for the Liverpool Cathedral. Their Majesties have consented to portrayal of their figures among the statues in the great porch.
