ESTIMATED DEFICIT £93,000. SYDNEY, March 14. The Sydney City Council has fixed the municipal rate of 4Jd in the £, the same as last year. On an assessment of £46,092,000 the rate will yield £864,000, leaving an estimated deficit of £93,000.
