WORKMEN’S FRIEND NO. 2.
ANNUAL EEPOBT.
The annual report of the Workmen’s Friend No. 2 Building Society states: “During the year the sum of £7OO haa been appropriated by ballot and £4OO by sale, the sale realising a satisfactory sum. A further sum of £3OO is to be appropriated by sale at thia annual meeting. Your directors regret to report that subscription and redemption payments are in arrear to the extent of £7OO, which has the effect of delaying appropriations and your directors hope that members will endeavour to bring their payments up to date, to enable the appropriations to be made as frequently as possible. The retiring directors, Messrs F. J. Hunn, R. E-> Jones and E. J. Brown, and the shareV holders’ auditor, Mr. P. L. Gully, being/ eligible, offer themselves for re-election; —For the directors, F. J. Hunn, chairman. ’ ’
