WITHDRAWN FROM CAULFIELD & MELBOURNE CUPS. (Received Monday, 9.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 28. The New Zealand champion, Silver Scorn, was to-day withdrawn from the Caulfield and: Melbourne Cups. Silver Scorn’s failure to see out the distance on Saturday is a topic of conversation in racing circles.
