At least two hundred thousand of the five hundred thousand Jews jn Germany must leave during the fifest fit® to ten years, Dr. Arthur Ruppin, ecMOmic expert, told the Zionist Congress. There was no salvation for German Jews except through migration. He appealed to America to relax its immigration laws and absorb a hundred thousand and also appealed to the League of Nations to assist in placing fifty thousand in other countries, apart from Palestine. Dr. Soklov, president of the Jewish Agency, declared that Jews would never forget of forgive Germany’s insult to Jewry.
