HIGH-CLASS RECITAL.
MISS W. DYER’S PUPILS.
The pupils of Miss W. Dyer, F.T.C.L., gave a very entertaining recital in the Methodist Schoolroom on Saturday afternoon. There was a good attendance of parents and friends, who greatly enjoyed the excellent playing of each performer. The whole programme was a tribute to the very efficient training by Miss Dyer, who is herself a finished pianiste, as displayed by her rendition of “’Secondo Romance” (Berth Tours) and “Toccato” (Saint-Saens). Miss E. Hutchinson, L.T.C.L., also assisted on the programme. The following was the programme submitted:—Pianoforte duet. Misses EL By ford and N.
