THE EXCOMMUNICATION CASE. RESIGNATION OF VICAR. (Received Tuesday, 7 p.m.) . LONDON, November 3. The Bishop of Durham states: “The lamentable excommunication incident of October 19 has been definitely ended by the resignation of the Vicar, and the churchmen concerned are entirely exonerated.”
