(Received Tuesday, 7.55 p.m.) OTTAWA, November 3. That the biennial conference of the British Empire Service League will be held here in August next is announced by Lieutenant-Colonel L. R. La Fleche, Dominion President of the Canadian Legion, who states that Canada’s invitation to hold the conference here has been accepted. Representatives from all returned soldiers’ organisations of the Empire will be present, led by Earl Jellicoe.
